Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes and, as a two-person married couple, provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent where the same students are cared for in their own home.
