Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with potential transition into a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
