Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus, supervise 8–13 students, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and programming including daily routines, medications, activities, and spiritual devotions. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; progression to a Placed Houseparent role with same student home. Offers include competitive salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires youth experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and membership in a two-spouse team that is legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27+.
