Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on a college-prep campus supporting a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, planning activities, administering medications, driving students to activities, budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and coordinating routines for student well-being. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and advances to a placed Houseparent assignment with consistent student home placement. Requires married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year marriage minimum
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Proselytizing prohibited in religious activities within the role
