Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School (MHS) are a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples. The positions involve living on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a tied Houseparent living with the same group of students.
