Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School, living on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in an on-campus home, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioned to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; requires couples married at least two years and both spouses to participate in individual applications.
