Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. This two-person, married-couple role offers full-time status with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role in a dedicated student home. The position includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license, among other requirements.
