Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus student homes. Manage household routines, administer medications, and drive students to activities while planning recreational events. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time when students are in school. Couples must be married for at least two years, both age 27 or older, and hold valid U.S. driver's licenses. Salary is $44,768 per person with comprehensive benefits including free housing and meals during duty.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
