Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside on campus at Milton Hershey School, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple student homes with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive coverage, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married two-person couple aged 27 or older, no more than three dependent children, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED. Prohibits alcohol on duty; campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; must be able to drive student vans and participate in devotions and chapel services.
