Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) serve on-campus in a student home at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and structured daily routines for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and budgeting/reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a permanent Houseparent in a single student home.
