Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, oversight, mentorship, and supervision for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and facilitating development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group. Benefits include salary per person (44768) with total compensation for the couple around 168,000, relocation assistance and paid training, medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, and PTO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-year partnership, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pet allowances.
