Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Houseparents needed to live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students per home. Roles include providing daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition later to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, life and disability, retirement), and paid time off. Requires working with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old.
