Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Roles involve supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; positions transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
