Job Summary
Two-person, legally married couples will reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include planning schedules, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Eaton Estates, OH. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and religious services
- Experience with youth preferred
- No more than three dependent children in home
