Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School serve as a two-person, married-couple team living in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and supporting multiple homes before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. The schedule initially operates on a nine-days-on with three days-off cycle. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and on-campus housing and meals while on duty. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, both spouses 27 or older, driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to lead religious activities (proselytizing prohibited), and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited dependent children.
