Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a on-campus student homes program in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation for activities, and leadership of devotions and Chapel attendance. The role involves managing household routines for a group of 8–13 students, budgeting and reporting, and a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a single Student Home.
