Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents - a two-person, full-time role for married couples in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex to Placed Houseparent with consistent 9-on/3-off scheduling. Requires two-person, legally married couple (both spouses age 27+), valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation package for couples.
