Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents will reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapels, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off cycle transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses age 27 or older, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid US driver’s license; role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus. For consideration, both spouses must submit separate applications.
