Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team living on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and nurture a group of 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmentally appropriate activities, supervising routines and student schedules, budgeting and reporting, and facilitating religious devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
