Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students living in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential progression to a placed houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
