Job Summary
Two-person full-time flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, manage household routines and budgeting; initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement as a dedicated houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA; compensation per person ~46,917 with comprehensive benefits and housing; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lead devotions, and married couples age 27+.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Relocation assistance provided
