Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, housing, meals on duty, insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of married life for the couple, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies on smoking, alcohol, and pet limitations. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
