Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couples) to reside on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and guidance for approximately 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications, transportation to activities, planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and participating in a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for role
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
