Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team living on campus in Hershey, PA. The role provides daily supervision and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students, manages household routines and scheduling, administers medications, and drives students to activities. Responsibilities include planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and supporting multiple student homes during an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle before transitioning to a fixed home with the same group of students.
