Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus student homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services. Plan and engage in recreational activities while overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Serve as a role model in a structured, family-like environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires legally married couples with at least two years of marriage, both aged 27 or older, and experience working with youth. Candidates must hold a valid U.S. driver's license, be able to lift 50 lbs, and commit to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol permitted on duty. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
