Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, a married couple residing in on-campus student homes to care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and on-campus housing. Eligibility requires being legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience working with youth.
