Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational events, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a placed Houseparent while maintaining a safe, family-like environment. Requires being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
