Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA area and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and a family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, paid time off, and training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus; must be a legally married couple with both spouses aged 27 or older and willing to complete individual applications.
