Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, living on campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married status for both spouses
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
