Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School on-site in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for approximately 8–13 students, including supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, retirement and other benefits, and paid time off. Required: high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a two-year marriage duration for both spouses.
