Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person married couple) at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA: Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine consecutive days on/duty followed by three days off, transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same students. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits included. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications and be legally married for at least two years; age 27 or older for both spouses; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift to 50 lbs; commitment to a safe, smoke-free, and weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications
