Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person of $46,917 (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing/meal benefits), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a two-person, married-couple role with strict campus conduct (no alcohol on duty, smoke-free and weapon-free campus). Candidates must be at least 27 years old, with no more than three dependent children in the home, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. To apply, both spouses must complete individual applications.
