Job Summary
Houseparents (married couple) needed for on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, accompany students to Sunday Chapel, supervise budgeting and household reporting. Initially 9 consecutive days on duty followed by 3 days off; later transition to Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually (approximately $168,000 total per couple including housing/meals/benefits). Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits and PTO. Requires two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth. Required Qualifications
