Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Houseparents live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent student-home role. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years, both must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
