Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, a two-person married couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially covering multiple homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, eventually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in a dedicated student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married, two-spouse team aged 27 or older; relocation assistance provided. Required Qualifications

- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
