Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA live on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Must be a legally married couple (both 27+ years old) and relocate with on-campus housing; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel

- Must be legally married for at least two years
