Two-person married couple reside on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and development activities for 8–13 students; duties include budgeting, routines, devotions, and Sunday Chapel; schedule begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse two-person role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism

- Completed individual employment applications for both spouses
