Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in on-site student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group. The position operates on a nine-on, three-off schedule initially, with relocation to Hershey, PA, and offers relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
