Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in a student home, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. This role requires a legally married couple, both spouses age 27+, and a commitment to a structured, family-like environment that supports students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
