Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents live on campus in Hershey, PA as a two-person married couple in a Full-time Flex Houseparent role. They supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, and actively engage in developmental and recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student group.
