Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for ~8–13 students; duties include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, budgeting, and household reporting; schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a placed houseparent role; includes relocation to Hershey, PA and on-campus housing benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse employment applications
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
