Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married adults) to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group. Relocation assistance provided; salary per person is $46,917 with comprehensive benefits and housing/meal provisions. Requires a two-year married partnership, both spouses 27+, High School diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a demonstrated commitment to student success; duties include driving, supervision, mentorship, and religious services engagement.
