Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Live in on-campus homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person couple minimum
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel
- Experience with youth preferred
