Job Summary
Houseparents lead a two-person, full-time on-campus role caring for 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and may transition to a long-term placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
