Job Summary
Houseparents—Relocation to Hershey, PA required. A two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on campus to mentor and supervise 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead religious/devotional activities. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential placement as a Placed Houseparent in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and housing/meal provisions. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to obtain driver certification for student vans, and couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older.

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
