Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, coordinating daily routines, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, and managing household budgeting and reporting. The role initially supports multiple homes on a nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a stable, same-home placement. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires a legally married couple, both partners age 27+, with a valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; high school diploma or GED; and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse collaboration with mutual employment applications
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian chapel services
- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
