Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requirements include experience with youth, a legally married-within-two-years commitment for both spouses, age 27+, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
