Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting with household reporting. Initially supporting multiple homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement into a single student home. Requires experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian chapel involvement.
