Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same student group.
