Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, on-campus Full-time Flex Houseparents in Bethlehem, PA, reside in a student home and supervise 8–13 students, providing mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, and transportation to activities. Responsibilities include planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. The role requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with van-certification ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position is open to two legally married spouses aged 27 or older who will both complete individual applications; other constraints include no more than three dependent children in the home, a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and relocation support. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
